According to a new report, the Ottawa Police Department is sweeping downtown Ottawa, removing the Freedom Convoy protesters from remaining parked.

Daily rope report: “The protest organizers who run the YouTube account Live From The Shed said on a live On Friday morning, police officers were sweeping the streets, arresting protesters and pushing others out of the security zone that law enforcement established earlier this week. According to the protesters, tractor-trailers are stationed nearby and are believed to be waiting to clear the area where the trucks are passing.

“The buggies have no labels, they have their license plates removed and their companies covered up so they are hiding their identities from the world,” one protester said during the live stream.

Nate Hochman with the National Review said in a tweet on Friday that “thousands of police” had surrounded the protest area and were advancing on the protesters.

“Thousands of police have surrounded the Ottawa convoy for the past 90 minutes. More continued in to support the front line, which had been methodically pushed in, with the foot. An air of panic on the ground. Starting to feel like the beginning of the end,” Hochman tweeted.
