The 52-year-old Polish TV actor rushed into the mini cage, bit his opponent, was DQ’d

Nothing sends an MMA card into a state of panic quite like a last-minute cancellation. Tickets have been sold, locations have been rented, and all of a sudden big changes are coming. However, leave that to Dad to ensure that paying fans still get their money’s worth.

That’s the position Polish TV actor Jacek Muranski found recently, when his son Mateusz Muranski was forced to withdraw from his position at Fame MMA 12. At 52, it looks like the oldest brother Muranski wanted to come out. For a while, recently called rapper and regular ‘battle monster’ Paweł ‘Popek Monster’ Mikołajuw to meet him in the cage.

“Popek is a Judas,” Muranski said before his fight at Fame MMA 12 (via Mirror), continues to seem to hint that Mikołajuw has been very effective.

So when given the chance to take on his son’s rival, social media celebrity and MMA fighter Arkadiusz Tańcula, Jacek stepped up to victory. From there it looks like he messed things up.

Locked in just a 9’x9′ cage for five two-minute innings, Trancula began tagging Muranski with early and frequent hits. So much so that after jumping on the guillotine at the end of the third round, Muranski decided to try and really swing the momentum in his favor, biting Turanski’s shoulder and forcing the referee to pause the action and deduct points.

That’s right, while Muranski may have ended up getting an early DQ in round 4 for grabbing the cage, the action doesn’t end with the bite itself.

Given that Trancula’s fight with the younger Muranski was supposed to be a rematch of a match Trancula won in May of this year, he’s currently one of the only fighters in the world who can score a victory against both father and son on his resume. A wild claim of fame if ever.
