Jodi Balfour (For all mankind) has been cast in a major recurring role in the third season of Apple TV+’s wonderful comedy series Teddy Lasso.
Balfour will play a character named Jack, who is described as a “charming venture capitalist.” She joins series stars Jason Sudeikis as Ted Lasso, Hannah Waddingham, Brendan Hunt, Jeremy Swift, Juno Temple, Brett Goldstein, Phil Dunster and Nick Mohammed.
The series follows a junior college soccer coach from Kansas who is hired to coach a professional soccer team in England despite having no soccer coaching experience. The first few seasons told such a great story and it was incredibly interesting to see how the characters developed.
The show’s second season ended with a shocking twist involving Mohammed’s assistant coach Nate. I can’t wait to see how Season 3 continues the storylines of these characters.
