Tamar Braxton left fans in tears as she opened up about her weight loss and weight gain

Tamar Braxton decided to take a comedic approach as she spoke candidly about one of the struggles she faced on her weight loss journey.

In an Instagram post shared on Aug. 11, the singer, who was on set for an undisclosed project, revealed she was losing weight and gaining weight at the same time.

Braxton said in the clip, as she began to dance a dance similar to Janet Jackson’s Rhythm Nation choreography, “I have a song in my heart. Don’t look at my outfit ’cause I’m on set. In 5,6,7 I get fat and thin. Fat, thick and thin. I get fat and thin fat and thin.”

As Braxton continues to repeat the words “fat and skinny” while dancing in front of the camera, an unidentified man is heard saying in the background, “All right now.” Towards the end of the shot, the “Love & War” singer shakes her butt, while the unknown man starts to laugh. The video ends with a happy Braxton returning to the set.

Along with the upload, Braxton included the caption, “I’ve gained weight and lost weight at the same time, who understands?” When fans watched the clip, many in the comments commented on the unnamed man’s background commentary.
