Striker Marcus Morris Sr. of LA Clippers joins NBA health and safety protocols

LA Clippers launch power forward Marcus Morris Sr. participated in the NBA’s health and safety protocols and against Oklahoma City Thunder on Saturday.

The Clippers said Morris was the sole player in the health and safety protocols. Front Nic Batum recently returned on December 8 after a lengthy stay in health and safety protocols after testing positive for COVID-19. Batum has missed the past three games because of an ankle injury.

Paul George missed four games in a row with an elbow injury. George and Batum are listed as suspected of playing at Oklahoma City.

Morris played basketball at his best. He has scored 20 or more points in five of his past seven games and is averaging 13.8 points and 4.8 rebounds. Morris missed 15 consecutive games earlier this season because of a knee injury.
