Steelers Wednesday Injury Report Week 12: Haden Still Sidelined; Watt is listed as limited

The Pittsburgh Steelers have now released their first official injury report of Week 12 ahead of Sunday afternoon’s road game against the Cincinnati Bengals, and Wednesday’s announcement shows five players have not trained earlier in the day. .

Not training Wednesday for the Steelers are full-back Joe Haden (leg), guard Trai Turner (ankle), guard/center JC Hassenauer (chest), tight Eric Ebron (knee), and save Cameron Heyward (injury unrelated).

Out of those five players, Hassenauer and Ebron were labeled problematic by head coach Mike Tomlin on Tuesday. Ebron, however, is highly unlikely to play on Sunday and he could eventually be placed on the Subs/Injured roster on Saturday at 4:00 p.m. EST.

As for Haden not training on Wednesday, we’ll have to wait and see how the rest of the week plays out for him. He missed the team’s Sunday night game week 11 because of a leg injury.

Three Steelers players are listed as participants in limited practice on Wednesday. That list of players includes outfielder TJ Watt (hip/knee), full-back Ben Roethlisberger (chest/shoulder) and full-back Isaiahh Loudermilk (groin). Watt and Loudermilk both look set to play Sunday against the Bengals after both missed the team’s Sunday night game week 12 with respective injuries,

The Steelers also still have two players on the Reserve/COVID-19 roster in safety Minkah Fitzpatrick and wide receiver Ray-Ray McCloud, who didn’t practice on Wednesday.
