Splatoon 3 Deep Dive is Nintendo’s Next Direct

The summer of Nintendo Directs continues with a blowout on turn 3 On August 10, the switch maker announced Monday morning. Fans will be looking for a fresh look at some of the game’s new weapons, modes, and secrets in the single-player campaign.

Nintendo has hinted that the main story will revolve around the “return of the mammals,” suggesting that players will encounter a new species in the game’s strange, post-apocalyptic world. The return of the popular Salmon Run co-op mode has also been confirmed, but questions like the new announcer idols remain unconfirmed.
