Sooners fell into the hands of a housekeeper during part-time work

NORMAN – Elijah Harkless hit a 3-pointer with two seconds left to force overtime but Oklahoma (7-2, 0-0 Big 12) lost to Butler (6-3, 0-0 Big East) 66-62 in the Big East / Big 12 Tuesday at Lloyd Noble Center.
The Sooners trio, led by Harkless, finished with double points. Harkless opened extra time with five points and ended the night with the best 16 of the team to shoot 7 to 13. Tanner Groves and Jordan Goldwire Each person gets 10 points.
54-all, Harkless made a quick drive before Butler sealed the score after a pair of free throws. Harkless drilled 3 pointers and pushed Oklahoma back forward again.
Butler responded again with an Aaron Thompson cut to cut Oklahoma’s score to one.
With 1:38 remaining, Goldwire shot at pointer 3 and put the Sooners up, 62-58.
Butler finished the match 8-0.
