Sodapoppin gets a Twitch ban for the second time » FirstSportz
Popular Twitch streamer Sodapoppin has been banned from the Twitch streaming platform for the second time in his life today (04/14/2022) for reasons not yet clarified by the streaming platform.
However, fans have a theory and we also think it might have something to do with it.

Not long after confirmation was received that Sodapoppin had been banned from Twitch, people began speculating as to what might have caused him to be banned from the platform, with almost everyone thinking of just one thing and one thing only. In a more recent April 9th stream, Sodapoppin had a session on “Are You Smarter Than The Crowd” and was commissioned to put a face on his character. Meanwhile, he painted brown paint all over his figure and said, “Oh shit, black face,” alluding to the type of theatrical makeup Americans used in the 19th century when they portrayed people of the African American community in shows and films portrayed or plays.
After the edgy joke, he continued to shape his character and crossed the line when he used red lipstick to depict the character’s lips, making the blackface makeup complete, and his conversation went absolutely insane.

The streamer didn’t take long to respond to the allegations leveled against him, saying that he was nervous but not nervous enough to actually make such a reference and that he didn’t give it much when he saw the red one Painted paint on the character’s mouth when he thought the joke was over and a thing of the past.

People have taken this in a variety of ways, as we’ve seen people label the ban “well deserved,” while a few others said they know soda well enough from the countless hours of watching it to knowing that he’s actually stupid enough to let any of that caliber slip away from him.
Anyhow, it’s still a mystery as to why soda was officially banned and when it might be unbanned, and more importantly, will it?
