When you reach Part 4 of Digimon Survive, head to an amusement park in search of Kaito’s sister, Miu. After a while, you’ll find yourself outside the location and exploring it after an attack by a very dangerous Digimon. The three servants that Miu surrounded herself with are now injured, and you have a choice to help them or not. This guide will explain if you should treat Biyomon, Patamon, and Palmon injury and the consequences of your choices.

Should you treat Biyomon, Patamon, and Palmon’s injuries?
If you choose to treat Biyomon, Patamon, and Palmon’s injury, you’ll consume three Healing Salves in the process. However, you will also get help from them if you find Miu anywhere in the amusement park, with each Digimon marked with a red exclamation mark. Biyomon will give you two defense-boosting items, while Palmon and Patamon will give you clues on where to find Miu. If you talk to all three after healing them, you will get an exclamation point on the world map for the room where Miu is hiding.
If you don’t treat these Digimon’s injuries, or only treat one or two of them, you won’t get the full benefit of items and helpful hints. Instead, you’ll get a hint or just the items that aren’t that useful on their own. We recommend healing all three Digimon so you can get the most out of this scene and find Miu quickly. This will advance the story and you will soon face another colossal enemy.
While treating these injuries doesn’t count toward your Harmony score, it feels more like a Harmonic journey. If you’re following the Harmony route and the ending, it’s worth healing those Digimon to keep up with the general line through the game you’ve chosen to play.
