BALTIMORE (WJZ) – Detectives are investigating a shooting that killed a 16-year-old male and injured a 38-year-old man in South Baltimore on Monday, according to authorities.
Officers on patrol arrived at the 3800 block of South Hanover Street to report a shooting at 5:28 p.m., police said. When they got there, they found a teenager and a man with gunshot wounds, police said.
Both were taken to a local hospital.
A 16-year-old man died from his injuries at the hospital.
The 38-year-old’s injuries are not believed to be life-threatening, police said.
