On September 14th Wendy Williams‘ Fans learned the former TV host entered a spa to focus on her health.
Though limited details have been released to the public, Williams’ publicist says the 58-year-old’s final mission was to help her make her health and well-being a priority as she prepares to launch her new Business venture to debut “The Wendy Experience Podcast.”
The publicist told The Hollywood Reporter: “You [Wendy] is taking some time to focus on her health and well-being as she prepares for a big comeback for the next stage of her career with ‘The Wendy Experience Podcast’.”
Days after the announcement, Williams’ ex-husband Kevin Hunter Sr. gave his followers an update on how the host is holding up in rehab. In a lengthy Instagram Live shared on September 17, Hunter, who was celebrating his 51st birthday, revealed Williams’ current health status and the many life changes he will endure in order to become the best version of himself e.g. B. kicking his weed smoking habit.
He said at Mark 12:04, “She gets the help she needs. And hopefully, you know, she gets out of that swing. I know she has what it takes.”
As the conversation continued, it appeared that Williams’ current treatment, past health issues, and addictions may have contributed to Hunter giving up weed. That’s because Hunter was visibly upset when he spoke to his family about the legacy he’d built, including The Wendy Williams Show.
While thanking Sharina Hudson, the woman who gave birth to Hunter’s beloved child while he was still married to Williams, he said: “As far as my immediate family is concerned, I couldn’t do it without the utmost help from my Queen, who representing me now . Everyone’s family and I realized that I had to swing the sword for my whole family because there are a lot of people trying to exploit what I built with my family.”
He added: “I will not let anyone take what is mine and I have to be very focused for the fight that lies ahead.”
Since Hunter’s comments, another report has claimed that a person close to Williams says the host feels much better after entering the facility.
The Jasmine Brand reports that its source said: “I can tell you that she is doing much better. She’s gotten a lot better and she’s stronger. She is more understandable and understandable than she was. She’s still at the facility. She hasn’t left, but she’s doing very well.”
