Sheriffs Believe Chris Jones Will Miss Chargers Game With COVID

Attacks continued to hit the Kansas City Captain’s defence, as defensive star Chris Jones is now also expected to miss Thursday Night Football.
With Chief of Kansas City received bad news that Willie Gay and L’Jarius Sneed set to play for the Los Angeles Chargers, a preliminary update has also arrived for star quarterback Chris Jones: he’s also likely to be on the pitch.
According to FanSided NFL Insider Matt Verderame, Jones is not expected to fit in with Kansas City Thursday night due to COVID. Things get more complicated for Andy Reid.
Chris Jones missing Chiefs-Chargers game due to COVID is a big blow for Kansas City
Jones is in the midst of another great year for the Chiefs, as he posted seven sacks in 11 games. Additionally, the 6-foot-6, 295-pound athlete added a total of 20 tackles, one forced fumble and one clumsy recovery.
With him frequently plugging holes in midfield and putting a lot of pressure on opposing midfielders, he is a formidable problem for opposing top laners to try to deal with. He is a beast to Reid and Co. over the years.
For now, however, Kansas City will have to try to get Justin Herbert when Jones isn’t on the field. The KC vs Los Angeles game is easily one of the best we have on this week’s schedule.
With Captains 9-4 and Troops 8-5, there’s plenty on the way with both of these teams hoping to call themselves AFC West champions at the end of the regular season. In order for the captains to score a claimed victory, they would have had to do so without Sneed, Gay and now Jones couldn’t play the part.
