Growing up in East Texas isn’t easy for young Sheldon Cooper. In a country where church and football are king, it doesn’t always help to be a unique mind capable of mastering advanced math and science. And as vulnerable, gifted, and somewhat naïve Sheldon grapples with the world, his ordinary family must find a way to deal with him.
