Scattered Showers & Windy – CBS Baltimore

BALTIMORE, MD (WJZ) –The calendar might say spring, but this weather will make you relive winter, whether you like it or not.
We can thank several breaker systems that will pull cold Canadian air down into Maryland.

Scattered showers Saturday afternoon, accompanied by a few thunderstorms.
There could be some gusty winds and light hail as this wet weather passes.
Far Western Maryland will show up and sleet for most of the weekend and that should result in 6 to 8 inches of rain total.
Once we’re done with the rain in the Baltimore area, we’ll have to deal with a severe temperature drop
We’ll bottom out in the mid-30s overnight, but the wind will make it look like the upper 20s.

We will really feel cold on Sunday.
Despite the beautiful clear blue skies, the highs will only be in the mid-40s.
Then we have to mention a strong northwesterly wind that will make it look like mid to over 30 years old.
Sunday night will be very cold, with lows near the mid-20s.
No relief in store for Monday. Under a sunny sky, the highest temperature will stop at the lowest age of 40.
Another heat wave in the low to mid-20s will follow Monday night through Tuesday.
