The community pool was closed on Sunday while Safework SA investigated.
“A verbal non-disturbance notice (NDN) was issued by SafeWork SA on Saturday evening to ensure the site remains intact after being informed of the incident at the Waikerie swimming pool,” it said in a statement.
“An inspector from SafeWork SA and an investigator visited the site on Sunday morning to investigate and conduct interviews.
“The NDN has since been lifted and the investigation is ongoing.”
