Mousa allegedly fled the scene, but police now say he is being held on a $1 million bond. His girlfriend Athena Mansour, 20 years old, was arrested and initially charged with being a spare part after the incident. At first, she was detained on behalf of a $500,000 bail, but prosecutors ultimately decided not to pursue her in a criminal case and only issued a citation order for her. Officers said she was released on Thursday.
