The person was taken to hospital, but is described as in stable condition.

Mousa allegedly fled the scene, but police now say he is being held on a $1 million bond. His girlfriend Athena Mansour, 20 years old, was arrested and initially charged with being a spare part after the incident. At first, she was detained on behalf of a $500,000 bail, but prosecutors ultimately decided not to pursue her in a criminal case and only issued a citation order for her. Officers said she was released on Thursday.

Police said they found two French mastiffs Cash and Dinero at the scene. They were released to what police described as a responsible party linked to Mansour.
