Ryan Reynolds dismisses the notion that Deadpool isn’t a Christmas movie

As the infinite Die Hard As debate has shown every year since 1988, it’s difficult to reach a unanimous consensus on what qualifies as a Christmas movie unless specifically mentioned. Ryan Reynolds poured even more gasoline on a roaring celebratory fire and stopped it Dead Pool doesn’t make the cut.
As a small explanation, the star and producer pointed out to her millions of followers that a Stray Kids member, Bang Chan, may have confirmed the Merc with a solo debut of Mouth to complement the Christmas canon to continue the unexpected bromance that the Business has seen mogul and musician praising each other at every turn.
However, someone else decided to jump into the fray and offer it up, as Christmas in a big way was minimally spent on screen Dead Pool, it doesn’t boast enough of the accompanying bells and whistles to really be justified as a Christmas caper. Of course, Reynolds would not tolerate such slander and made his thoughts on the subject perfectly clear.
If Reynolds wants to call Dead Pool a Christmas movie, then who are we to argue? Finally, we’re talking about a fictional favorite in a red suit who spreads cheer and hilarity wherever he goes, so at least Wade Wilson has a few things in common with Santa Claus… if we count all the violence, profanity, and wanton beheadings.
The list of alternate features that exist outside of the established classics seems to get longer every year, and while it’s technically just a lone scene in a superhero blockbuster, Reynolds’ support should be enough to settle matters .
