Robin Wright, Ray Winstone and Nick Robinson join Millie Bobby Brown in Netflix’s DAMSEL – GeekTyrant

Millie Bobby Brown will be surrounded by a talented supporting cast for her upcoming Netflix fantasy film project, maid. That was announced Robin Wright (house of cards), Ray Winstone (The departed), Nick Robinson (Jurassic world), Brooke Carter (The Alienist) and Shohreh Aghdashloo (X Men: The Last Stand) have joined the project, which also includes Angela Bassett.

The film tells the story of a dutiful damsel who “agrees to marry a handsome prince, only to find out the royal family recruited her as a victim to pay off an old debt. Thrown into a cave with a fire-breathing dragon, she must rely on her wits and will to survive.”

The film comes from an Oscar-nominated filmmaker Juan Carlos Fresnadillowith a script by Wrath of the Titans clerk Dan Mazeau. The film is produced by Joe Roth, Jeff Kirschenbaum and Chris Castaldi.
