RIZIN 32 videos, results: Rena Kubota stops Miyuu Yamamoto with a vicious knee in the main event

RIZIN gives 32nd card on Saturday night with heavyweight candidate Miyuu Yamamoto seeking revenge for her MMA debut loss Rena Kubota 5 years after the main event in Okinawa, Japan, but in the end she still can’t get her revenge.

Yamamoto warmed up well in the first round, landing with a few left-handers before knocking Kubota down to perform her smash and punch. Kubota surprised her with an armbar effort, with Yamamoto lowering his knees to his head in self-defense. Kubota has a very deep captaincy, but time is running out.

Yamamoto wastes no time on his feet in the second stanza, leaving Kubota on the ground shortly after starting the second act. Returning to his feet after a minute of landing and slamming, Yamamoto went on to do another knock but ate a big knee in the face. Yamamoto was hurt and the referee stopped after a few shots from Kubota.

Event 13 has more wild endings, such as Tanner Lourenco making Shinya Kumazawa pay to use gi in the match, and forcing him to knock while strangling him with his lapel. In the heavyweight division, Bobby Ologun finished off MMA rookie Katsuya Kitamura with a naked back choke in the second.

The Japanese audience witnessed a few wild knockouts in the early part of the show when Yuichi Miyagi chilled Tomohiro Adaniya with a rough knee in the ring during the first minute of their flyweight competition, while Noah Bey skips and finishes Daryl Lokuku with a right hand.
