Rihanna and A$AP Rocky’s son makes his social media debut

“Hacked”, the singer-actress-designer rihanna joked with a TikTok caption on Saturday. In reality, she was showing off her seven-month-old son, giving the public a first glimpse of the child she and she had A$AP Rocky (Rakim Mayers) co-parent.

The name of the young social media star is not yet known. It’s the first child for both parents, whose relationship was first confirmed in late 2020.

The 45-second clip shows the youngster giggling in a car seat. Between coos, Rihanna can be heard asking, “Are you trying to get mom’s phone?” Further evidence shows that… he may be trying to do just that! (See for yourself, it’s very cute.)

In April, Rihanna said in an interview that the pregnancy wasn’t exactly planned, but neither were they planning versus it. “I don’t know when I’m going to ovulate or shit like that. We just had fun. And then it was just there at the test,” she said.

Discussing her relationship with the New York-born A$AP mob member, she said it was an unlikely situation considering they have a long history as friends. “People don’t get out of the friend zone with me that easily,” she said. “And it certainly took me a while to get over how much I know him and how much he knows me because we also know how much trouble we can get each other into.” However, they bonded during the pandemic and went on a road trip from Los Angeles to New York City.

The two first collaborated on the track “Cockiness” in 2012. Rocky then joined Rihanna’s Diamonds World Tour in 2013 as the opening act for the North American. The whispers that the two were an item began in 2018 when they sat side by side at a Louis Vuitton show.
