Gia told him that his mother was forced to sign a document before she tied the knot for her father.

“I really don’t like that,” Gia said. “My dad actually made her sign a pre-wedding contract. … I don’t know. I think my mother loves her so much that she wouldn’t want to take anything from him, and I don’t think he would ever want to take your word.”

“I know but you put it in the text!” Cohen said. “You just write it down, but of course they don’t want anything from each other.”

Teresa then said that she would consider signing the contract.
