0% introductory APR for 21 months on balance transfers: One of the longest introductory periods for balance transfers we’ve seen, you get an introductory 0% APR on the transferred balance for a full 21 months, meaning you have almost two years to pay off your balance.
0% introductory APR for 12 months on purchases: You’ll also receive an introductory 0% APR on new purchases for the first 12 months. This is a helpful perk when you want to use the card to buy something.
Choose your payment due date: A little flexibility can go a long way when it comes to managing your finances. The card allows you to choose any available payment date, be it the beginning, middle or end of the month. This allows you to set up automatic payments that align with your paycheck.
No late fees: One of the most unique advantages is that there are never late fees. While you should always pay your bill on time as late payments can still affect your balance, it’s good to know that if you make a mistake and miss a payment, it’s good to know that you won’t be charged.
No penalty APR: If you miss some payments, most credit cards will increase your interest rate on their penalty APR. The Citi® Simplicity® Card never charges penalty interest, so late payments don’t increase your APR.
