Buckle up, we have an extremely rare Tuesday night NFL doubles match in store tonight.
The Washington football team will face the Philadelphia Eagles and the Seattle Seahawks will play the Los Angeles Rams. Both games will begin at 7pm EST.
Take advantage of the rare Tuesday night NFL action by placing some backing bets on the game. If you want to bet in favor of the NFC East battle between Washington and Philly, check it out Article by Ben Heisler here.
I will focus on the NFC West showdown between the Seahawks and the Rams. Let’s dive into my top three backers for the game, with odds courtesy of WynnBET.
Russell Wilson Attempt to Pass BELOW 32.5 (-105)
Russell Wilson has thrown the ball just over 32 times twice in his 10 appearances this season, and I don’t expect that to change tonight. In fact, the Seahawks have averaged just 29.4 passing attempts per game this season, which is the second-lowest in the NFL.
The Seahawks would be smart to try to establish a run against this defense of the Rams, especially considering how effective the Rams’ quick pass would be against a three-packing Seahawks attack. every game so far this season.
Odell Beckham Jr. OVER 52.5 Pickup yards (-125)
OBJ’s role in the Rams’ foul has grown since signing with the team prior to Week 10. He has eclipsed 52.5 picks in two of his last three games and times the only thing he wasn’t was because he had to leave the game early due to injury.
Beckham Jr caught six relays in 77 yards and one touchdown against the Cardinals last week, and I expect a similar performance from him tonight.
Matthew Stafford OVER 2.5 touches (+135)
As a small plus game, I’ll add Matthew Stafford to throw at least three touchdowns on Tuesday night. He has hit this milestone in three consecutive games and has only failed to score at least three points in five games this season.
Stafford and the Rams now face a Seahawks defense that ranks 24th in yards per pass attempt and 21st in their opponents’ average passer rating. Look for Stafford for a big game tonight.
