Without mentioning a reopening date, the department did not list that the facility was reopened as of this publication date.

Below are selected inspections of facilities that have not yet closed but have serious problems.
Pepper’s Thai Cuisine, at 394 N. Palm Canyon Drive in Palm Springs, is January 6 test to respond to complaints about contaminated food. It received a failure score of 80/B with a critical violation. Some raw eggs and rice noodles were at unsafe temperatures (and the noodles were left in the trash). Among the other 12 violations, an employee cleaned a clogged sink then prepared food without washing their hands, cooked soups and sauces were not safely cooled, dishwasher racks were not clean, and Inspector suggested to replace them, there is mold. – the same substance as on the surfaces in doorless refrigerators and many other areas that need cleaning. This is ‘s restaurant Monday Test failed for three years.

All food facilities in the county are periodically inspected to ensure they meet health standards. A facility loses four points for each serious violation – and may have to close if the violation cannot be immediately rectified – and one or two points for minor violations. Get an A (90 to 100 points). Scores B (80 to 89 points) and C (79 points or less) fail and often require the owner to improve and be re-tested.
