“There are currently no further updates.”
Later Sunday Lago said Sizemore was not responding to treatment.
Sizemore, who rose to fame in the 1990s, is known for starring in blockbuster films such as Black Hawk Down, Heat with Robert De Niro and Saving Private Ryan with Tom Hanks.
He was nominated for a Golden Globe Award for Best Actor in a Miniseries or a Movie in 2000 for his role in Witness Protection.
Sizemore, who is from Detroit, has battled drug addiction and had run-ins with the law over the years.
In 2003, he was convicted of hitting and threatening a former girlfriend, which he denied.
Sizemore was placed on probation, which he violated by repeatedly failing regular drug tests, prosecutors said at the time.
A 2007 documentary series, Shooting Sizemore, chronicled his efforts to reclaim his life and career after being convicted of assault and entering rehab for methamphetamine and heroin use.
The actor has also been arrested multiple times in recent years for drunk driving and drug possession.
