Recall of 4moms mamaRoo baby swing and rockaRoo baby bouncer after the death of the child

The death of a child abroad has prompted the recall of two motorized child seats in Australia.
Both the mamaRoo baby swing and the rockaRoo baby bouncer from 4moms have been nationally recalled for products sold between May 14, 2018 and September 28, 2022.
The problem is that the tether straps hang under the seat when not in use.

“The defect led to the death of a child abroad.”
4moms Australia has responded by offering product owners a strap closure as a remedy.
