A popular baby product sold at David Jones and Toys ‘R’ Us has been recalled over a potential choking hazard that could cause “serious injury or death”.
Product Safety Australia (PSA) issued the recall for Bloom and Grow’s Skip Hop Silver Lining Cloud Activity Gym on Saturday.
The product was sold at various retailers between January 2020 and November 2022 and has the identifying SKU SH307150.

The activity gym includes several toys hanging over the baby. One of these toys is a cloud with small raindrops.
According to PSA, there have been incidents where the toy’s raindrops have become detached and toddlers have put them in their mouths.
“A detached raindrop can pose a choking or choking hazard to infants and young children, which can result in serious injury or death,” PSA said.
The product has been sold by several well-known retailers including David Jones, Toys ‘R’ Us and Amazon. Consumers can visit PSA’s website for a full list of retailers.
Parents were warned to “stop using the arcade immediately” and remove the cloud toy.
Consumers should contact anztrade@bloomandgrowgroup.com for a replacement toy or call (02) 8069 8951 for more information.
