The activity gym includes several toys hanging over the baby. One of these toys is a cloud with small raindrops.

According to PSA, there have been incidents where the toy’s raindrops have become detached and toddlers have put them in their mouths.

“A detached raindrop can pose a choking or choking hazard to infants and young children, which can result in serious injury or death,” PSA said.
