Purchase bonuses of Pokémon Scarlet, Violet you should know before you buy

The Pokémon Company has a steady stream of information about Pokemon scarlet and Pokemon Violet, coming to the Nintendo Switch on November 18th, since February, to encourage maximum foaming in the mouth. Today it promoted with its more extreme mouth foaming Pokemon presented live stream and a press release which appetizingly announces, among other things, three purchase bonuses.

Here’s what to expect…

…on pre-order scarlet or violet

• You will receive a “special Pikachu” encased in crystal. Crystalized Pokémon, or “Terastalized” Pokémon, are specific to the Paldea region, The Pokémon Company said in their press release. The Terastallation boosts attacks with the same Tera-type as the Pokemon you’re using, and all creatures can be Terastalized with a Tera Orb once per battle until the end of the battle. This pre-Terastalized Pikachu is unique in that it can learn the Fly attack and has a flying Tera-type.
• Anyone who purchases a physical or downloadable pre-order copy can redeem Glitter Pikachu after about an hour and a half of gameplay, which unlocks the Mystery Gift feature
• Players have until February 28, 2023 to redeem this Mystery Gift

…if you download the digital versions

• You will receive a serial code for an adventure set that contains 10 potions, five full heals, three revives, three ethers, a rare candy and a nugget
• All you have to do is download one of the games from Nintendo eShop by Tuesday 28th February 2023 while your Nintendo Switch is online. Then again, you’ll need up to an hour and a half of gameplay to unlock the Mystery Gift feature and pocket your serial code.
• The adventure set code is valid until March 7, 2023

…when buying the double pack

• You will receive two serial codes, one for scarlet and one for violetUnleash the 100 Poké Balls
• Redeeming these codes has the same requirements as the digital download benefit (twice as there is one code per game) – your Nintendo Switch must be online and you must unlock the Mystery Gift feature within an hour and a half of your time. If you refuse to give Pokémon an hour and a half, you can watch half of it titanic instead of this.
• These codes do not expire but can only be redeemed once.
