PSA: Embers Adrift will be free to play the weekend of January 27th

First, it offered a discounted sub-fare for early buyers. Then it decided to extend this discounted sub-price offer. now drive embers will be offered as a free-to-play wholesale for a limited time a free trial weekend at the end of this month.

The MMORPG will be available for free to everyone between January 27th and 29th. Interested players just need to create an account on the game’s official website, with no strings attached. The free weekend doesn’t appear to have any other restrictions on game access, as the announcement invites people to “explore a vast and mysterious world, develop your character and team up with other players to take on difficult challenges.”

The announcement and the official forums do not answer some specific questions such as: B. if those who already have accounts can join and if any progress made during the weekend will carry over when people buy in. Regardless, those who are curious have done so an upcoming opportunity to take a quick look.
