‘Probably 7-2’ – John Aldridge impresses Liverpool

John Aldridge took to Twitter to celebrate Liverpool’s remarkable 4-0 win over Southampton at Anfield.
Jurgen Klopp’s side fired bullets into all corners with Diogo Jota’s brace, Thiago Alcantara’s save and Virgil van Dijk’s volley on an afternoon many goals could have been scored. .
The former striker shared his thoughts on social media with this message:

Alisson Becker’s role in the win was huge and keeping a clean sheet meant ‘overcome the dilemmaRalph Hasenhuttl’s men failed to take advantage of the rear.
Not being in top form, scoring four goals and keeping a clean sheet is just going to be a positive as we want to go into the festive period in top gear.
