Price and specifications of the Genesis G80 2023

Genesis has simplified the local G80 lineup for 2023 while making some detail changes.
The base 2.5T can no longer be fitted with a Sport Line package, leaving the only choice between a Luxury package or a Luxury & Sport Line package.
However, it now comes standard with the upgraded braking package previously only found on the 3.5T and Sport variants. These include larger front brake discs with four-piston monobloc calipers embossed with Genesis script, as well as larger vented rear brake discs.

The 3.5T now has the previously optional luxury package as standard, the sports package is optional. This means that you can no longer get a ‘standard’ 3.5 tonne engine, nor can you get the extras of the sport pack without purchasing the full deluxe pack as well.
The Electrified G80 also gets an 18-way power-adjustable Ergo Motion passenger seat with massage function, as well as a wireless phone charger for the rear seat, balancing out the petrol-powered G80 with a luxury package.
All models get a raised knob for the infotainment system, replacing the previous concave unit. This change was already introduced on the related GV80 crossover.
Finally, all models receive a color-coded rear caliper cover with Genesis script to match the front brakes.
Compared to the 2022 models, prices are up $2,000 for the Electrified G80 and $2,009 for the 2.5T.
The introduction of the luxury package for the 3.5T also results in a price increase of $15,009 compared to the “standard” 3.5T 2022, although the price increase is only $2,009 on a comparable basis.
