The Mountain West Conference Tournament is heating up, as the two winnable teams go head-to-head in the quarterfinals on Thursday.
Wyoming is a glorious victory over the Air Forceand it will face the Colorado State Rams in tonight’s game.
Colorado State has beaten Wyoming by five and 11 points so far this season, but can the Rams pull off three wins and a cover today?
The following is odds for this game via WynnBET:
The Aggies looked dominating on Wednesday and they actually went up against the Rams quite well, as they are the better team in terms of effective goal ratio on the field and effective goal percentage of their opponents this season.
This big issue for Wyoming is its 3-pointer ability, as it ranks last in Mountain West with 30.7%. However, it makes up for that by capturing the best percentage from the two-point range in conference.
The Rams have been pretty dominant all season, 24-4, but I’m surprised to see that KenPom predict this is just a one point win for Colorado State. The line has gone from 1.5 to 3.5 and I think that’s a solid number to support the Aggies, as they try to maintain their conference tournaments and hopefully the NCAA Tournament remains.
However, I want to play on total in this game.
Colorado State had the best offensive efficiency in the conference, and the first game between these two teams ended with 149 points ahead of slugfest 66-55 in the second meeting.
I think both of these teams found their attacking stride again, which led me to the goal.
Lean: OVER 138 (-110)
