The Tulsa Golden Hurricanes are looking to win just their second game in the American Athletics Conference when they meet UCF on the road Monday night. The Golden Hurricanes struggled throughout the season and finished 8-15 with a 2-10 record in the AAC. The UCF Knights, on the other hand, are 14-8 and sit in seventh in the conference with a 6-6 record in the ACC match. The Knights are also winning against Witchita State, 71-66.
Here are the odds for this AAC match, with the help of WynnBET Sportsbook.
Total: 139 (Above -110/Under -110)
Tulsa got off to a bad start against the ACC player after dropping seven games in a row, culminating in a 97-63 kick in the butt from Tulane. Although they turned the tide in a short time, two wins out of 12 games is nothing to celebrate. Predictably, Tulsa also sucks against the fix and suffers from a 2-5 ATS loss at home, 2-5 after a win and 5-7 in conference games. They are 1-3 ATS in the last four games and 2-4 ATS in the last six.
Tulsa hasn’t participated in a game on the road since January 4 in Memphis. And while UCF isn’t exactly an ATS powerhouse at 9-13, they are on a two-game ATS streak at home. The Knights have the advantage in both attack and defense but their score is ranked 87th in adjusted effectiveness and shot from depth 34.7 percent. They are also a much more resilient team and are expanding possession with 32% of their shots being responded to by UCF. The Knights have a theft case for 20% of sales but are facing a defense that ranks 296th in steals. They also ranked 320th in the blocks and allowed more counter attack than the other 272 teams in the country.
Take UCF at home to win and cover, but I think it will be very tight.
Lean: UCF -7.5 (-110)
