Predictions and Odds between Nets vs. Sixers (Return to Philadelphia for Eastern Conference clash)

For the first time since trading of the year went down, the Brooklyn Nets and Philadelphia 76ers have finally met. James Harden elevated the Sixers to “elite” overnight, which should make Nets fans sad just thinking about it.

Ben Simmons will not feature in tonight’s game, as his debut is still being determined. The Nets are starting to make a lot of noise in the East again, which makes this game that much more exciting.

Here are the odds for the last match WynnBET.

Today will be one of the games that the NBA season takes place. We have two championship contenders and the off-court drama matches our skills on the field. We won’t see Ben Simmons return to Philadelphia, though, which is the main reason I’m attending the Sixers tonight.

In the six games since Harden was in Philadelphia, the 76ers are third in offensive and scoring stats. They are also leading 5-1 in that game. Philly turned a corner and became one of the must-beat teams in the Eastern Conference. They are climbing up the rankings and are fighting for the 2nd seed.

Meanwhile, the Nets are just trying to join the conversation at the same time. With appearances by Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving tonight, Brooklyn will give the Sixers the right fit. However, their inner defence won’t be able to resist Joel Embiid. If he wants, he can go into the post every game tonight and score or get fouled.

Harden is facing his old team for the first time and I expect him to perform – that’s how he’s become one of the league’s favorite players. As a four point lover, I like this line a lot for the Sixers.

Lean: Sixers -4 (-110)
