NBA power rankings are a touchy subject. While numbers often look like facts, the truth is that they boil down to a person’s opinion. Yours too.
Sometimes there are numbers or letters or levels in a certain order. Sometimes this happens with things you care about, like teams, players, or food. Every now and then these are NBA Power Rankings. When that happens, it’s hard not to react.
It can be easy. When a thing and the thing’s position in your head match, a little signal is triggered in your brain telling you to be happy. It feels good. It’s a little confirmation from the universe that not everything is gross and messy. The puzzle piece fits right into place and everything is fine.
Unfortunately, there are other times. In these times, one thing and its placement are very different from what you believe or want. Sometimes very different. This can trick your brain into doing bad things.
It’s not uncommon to feel offended. “If the author knew what he was talking about, he would agree with me,” one might think. “That’s a joke,” one might say. “I have to do something about it,” one concludes.
This is where it gets tricky. How to Respond to NBA Power Rankings Can Really, extremly bad too constructive and good. “How do I know if what I’m doing is a good thing?” Good question you. Responding to NBA Power Rankings is tricky. I’ve tried to simplify it by categorizing the possible reactions by power.
