Police are investigating a deadly knife attack in Alice Springs
A man has been killed in a stabbing outside a tavern in Alice Springs, Northern Territory.
NT Police said the victim was taken to Alice Springs Hospital in critical condition after emergency services rushed to the scene on Todd Street outside the Todd Tavern.
The man could not be saved and succumbed to his injuries.

Police said a man is in custody and is helping with their investigation.
Authorities are now looking for witnesses who were at the north end of Todd St, at the junction with Wills Tce, between 3pm and 3:30pm.
“Police are asking anyone with information or dashcam footage of the incident to come forward and help with the investigation,” a spokesman said.
