Pokémon Legend: Arceus leaked and data this week, and now it’s out total The game’s plays are being streamed on Twitch and uploaded to YouTube.

As highlighted by My Nintendo News, these channels are likely running versions of ROMs via emulation after some trainers were able to get early physical copies and upload game files to the internet.

“It seems that some people who received the game early uploaded the game to illegal ROM sites, which means that Pokemon Legends: Arceus is now playable through an emulator. Some people have downloaded it. down to ROMs that were streamed for free. The game was on Twitch, and as I entered, there were people online playing through that game and streaming the entire game to a small number of viewers.”

We have reviewed it ourselves and can confirm that it is all true. During a session on Twitch, a trainer had a full party of Pokémon around level 50. These individuals are powering the game and will likely finish it before the new entry even was officially released.

Here’s a shot of one of the many streams we found on Twitch (we’ve blurred it out just in case). Most of these channels have small followings and are recommending the game to a small number of viewers:

On YouTube, we also found a lot of plays – one video has reached almost 90k – that takes viewers through the first part of the game. There is even more information and footage about the game appearing on platforms like Reddit and Twitter.

Unfortunately, this isn’t the first thing we’ve seen something like this – same thing happened last November arrive Pokémon Diamond and Pearl redo.
