‘Plotting a kill’ – Conor McGregor rants at length on Twitter as he teases a return – FirstSportz

Conor McGregor appears to have stepped up his workouts in recent weeks as the star is seen hitting the gym more frequently for the first time in a long time. It’s been almost 10 months since McGregor broke his tibia at UFC 264, a career-changing injury. The last person to suffer a similar injury was ‘The Spider’ Anderson Silva and it took almost 2 years for him to fully recover and get back into action.
With the amount of wealth Conor McGregor accumulated throughout his career, it doesn’t take a genius to figure out that he has access to better doctors and rehab than Anderson has ever had. As such, Conor is confidently back in the gym and working while spending his free time warning the UFC of an impending return.
Conor, who was last seen in Cannes, France, has set up camp in the famous city just in time for the International Film Festival. Last night, after what appeared to be an all-night workout session, the superstar took to Twitter to rant in a vague but lengthy manner. The tirade, which began around 9:30 p.m. Paris Standard Time, lasted until 4:00 a.m.

Conor McGregor hints he knows all the details of his next fight
The first tweet in the series read announced a triumphant return to action, after which Conor announced his intentions with his return. The tweets are, “The Mac Daddy Back in Action” followed 5 minutes later by, “Sitting on a billion, planning a murder.” The former two-division champion ominously teased a return, saying: “The date of my return is…” followed by “My next fight is” However, a follow-up tweet indicated that Conor wanted anyone who wants to fight him to put his name in the hat as he was still looking for a new opponent.
Before anyone could reply, just 15 minutes later, Conor McGregor shattered the dreams of hundreds of fighters waiting for a payday by saying: “I know exactly who. When. Which weight. From where. How it goes.‘ and says that all he sees are dead people after they face him.
McGregor received a slew of new opponents looking to fight him after UFC 274, where Michael Chandler and former champion Charles Oliveira challenged him. He made enemies with his former management partner at Paradigm as the two went back and forth on Twitter in the week before and after the event. The fights that Conor has personally taken an interest in are completing the trilogy between himself and Nate Diaz or attempting to become a three weight champion by challenging Kamaru Usman.
