Piers Morgan and Liam Gallagher main stars cheer on Emma Raducanu

Emma Raducanu kicked off the Australian Open like a storm, with stars including Piers Morgan and Liam Gallagher cheering her on.
The 19-year-old had the whole of England at the edge of their seat when she won the US Open last year, and it looks like she’s back in shape, beat Sloane Stephens in the first round of the Australian Open.
UK celebrities were quick to celebrate, with Piers tweeting: ‘She’s back. Great stuff @EmmaRaducanu. ‘
Liam added: ‘Emma Raducanu played well, LG’.
BBC Breakfast star Naga Munchetty shares her love for the female athlete, writing: ‘Woo Hoo!! Visit @EmmaRaducanu. First Set 3 Game in a Grand Slam – And Win! 6-0, 2-6, 6-1. ‘
Gary Lineker added: ‘Excellent performance and victory for @EmmaRaducanu. Great tool.’
Raducanu opened the set in just 17 minutes, recording a 6-0, 2-6, 6-1 win over the American in her third Grand Slam appearance and her first time playing three sets at this level. .
She will face world number 98 Danka Kovinic in the next round on Thursday.
Teenager won a lot of celebrity fans after her incredible performance at the US Open.
Stars including Sophie Turner, Tom Felton, Logan Paul, Alex Scott, Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes follow the star on Instagram, while she also joins the A-listers at the Met Gala last year.
Emma ditched her tennis set for the evening and hit the red carpet at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in a black and white printed Chanel crop top and silk skirt.
Reflecting on her win at the time, she said: ‘It was unbelievable. I never thought when I came to New York here that I would go away with the title.
‘We joked about going here for three weeks but it really happened and I think the key to that is just really focusing on every single point.
‘I haven’t taken the lead at any point in any game, so that’s something I’m very proud of and I tried to focus extremely well and that helped me get the title. .’ ‘
