Penske Media Corp., Getty Images agree on photo partnership

Penske Media Corp. and Getty Images have formed a photography partnership that will include Getty, representing PMC’s growing collection of exclusive images diversityWWD, Rolling Stone, Billboard and other brands.

The agreement also gives PMC brands full access to Getty Images’ extensive archive of more than 5 million images. The companies will collaborate on editorial coverage of news and events and the distribution of content from the many events produced by PMC brands.

Their comprehensive coverage and archive are vital to our brands to enhance and complement our visual storytelling. We are excited to partner with the pre-eminent provider in this space,” said Jay Penske, Chairman and CEO of Penske Media Corp.

Getty Images will begin distributing PMC images on its platform in the fall.
