Penn State Soccer 2022 Fixtures: Prediction Too Early

The 2021 Penn State football season has ended disappointingly. Will 2022 be better for James Franklin and the Nittany Lions?

With a loss to the Arkansas Razorbacks in the Outback Bowl, James Franklin brought the Penn State Nittany Lions to a disappointing 7-6 record. Franklin and Penn State failed to get results this season, but despite that, he is currently coaching the Nittany Lions in the following decades.

While Penn State hasn’t performed well this year, Franklin has proven he can be a good coach in the past. He will need to do it again next year.

Penn State has a pretty manageable schedule. Let’s take a look at it as it is and start figuring out how well the Nittany Lions can perform next season with some premature predictions.

Franklin is being paid a lot of money and Penn State looks pretty mediocre right now. Can the Nittany Lions pull off some wins next season?

There are a few games thrown on that schedule, like the road trip to Auburn, but Penn State has a good path to eight or nine wins. We’ll see if Franklin can guide the Nittany Lions to such success next year.
