Pay per player, end position

AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am is one of the most beautiful golf tournaments on the PGA Tour, but how much does it cost and how much does it pay for players?

Because there are amateurs on the professional PGA Tour throughout the week at Pebble Beach Golf Links, AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am doesn’t always attract the best players. With that said, there are still some top golfers out there and more importantly, the players that perform well get paid.

The total for AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am is $8.7 million. Of that, an impressive $1.566 million went to the winner of the tournament.

So how does the rest of the wallet work in terms of payouts to the player during the remainder of the cut field (after 54 holes with three courts used in the first four rounds)? Let’s go through a list. (Note: This list will be updated with individual player payouts after the tournament is over.

With each player finishing in the top 20 hitting six numbers, that money is made at AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am.

Then when you factor in the full FedEx Cup points earned along with the history and landscape of Pebble Beach, you’ll be really surprised why more players don’t come to this tournament. The cashiers this week won’t complain about it, though.
