Patriots get three players back to training on Tuesday

The Patriots are getting fitter heading into Thursday night’s game against the Atlanta Falcons. All three players have scheduled to drop the episode on Monday was back on the field for Tuesday’s tutorial.

Run back Damien Harris and the wide receiver and the stone returnee Gunner Olszewski back in action after a concussion absence during the team’s Week 9 game against the Panthers. Both players are listed as upper limit Tuesday Injury Report. Linebacker Josh Uche was also restricted after being listed as out of action Monday with an ankle injury.

Another 12 players are listed as off-limits for the Patriots, who were also capped on Monday. They’re running back Brandon Bolden (hips), wide receiver N’Keal Harry (knee), tight end Jonnu Smith (shoulder), guard Shaq Mason (belly), split Trent Brown (calf), paved road Ja’Whaun Bentley (ribs), Dont’a Hightower (ankle), and Kyle Van Noy (groin), diagonal Jalen Mills (forearm), safe Kyle Dugger (ankle), stone man Nick Folk (left knee), and punter Jake Bailey (right knee).

Only one Patriots player missed training on Tuesday. Last defense Deatrich Wise did not participate due to a non-COVID illness.

In other roster news for the Patriots, the Detroit Lions have signed striker Riley Patterson from the practice squad, as first reported by Mike Reiss of ESPN. The rookie signed with the Patriots last month. There are currently three positions open in the New England practice lineup

As for Atlanta, their injury reports were mostly unchanged, with the only correction being tight-ended Lee Smith being upgraded from limited to full participant. Running back/back wide Cordarrelle Patterson (ankle) remains a must-watch player. He was restricted for the second day in a row. Patterson leads the Falcons in multi-court courts this season.
