“Sometimes a journey has to end before a new one can begin,” Urie wrote.

“I’m looking forward to this next adventure. That means I’m going to finish this chapter of my life and put my focus and energy on my family, and with that panic! There will be no more At The Disco.”

“Thank you all for your immense support over the years. I’ve sat here trying to find the perfect way to say this and I really can’t put into words how much it meant to us.

“Whether you’ve been here from the beginning or just found us, it’s been a pleasure not only to share the stage with so many talented people, but to share our time with you.”

The band with hits like “I Write Sins Not Tragedies” and “Nine in the Afternoon” was formed in 2004 by Urie, Ryan Ross, Spencer Smith and Brent Wilson.

Wilson was replaced by bassist Jonathan Walker in May 2006.

Walker left along with Ross in 2008, while drummer Smith departed in 2015, leaving Urie as the only remaining original member.

Panic! At the Disco’s final show is on March 10th in Manchester, England.

“Looking forward to seeing everyone in Europe and the UK for one last run together,” Urie wrote.
