Oprah Winfrey’s weight loss: Talk show host stuns fans with body transformation after diet reset

TV talk show host Oprah Winfrey has shown off her slim figure at a fashion event after a major diet change.

Winfrey, 69, showed off her remarkable weight loss at the Louis Vuitton Cruise Show in Italy on Wednesday. She wore a smart belted white tunic shirt and striped pants that showed off her slim figure.

Winfrey wore her hair longer and paired her outfit with a Louis Vuitton handbag and glittery earrings.

The WW Ambassador said last year she had committed to a “reset” of diet and “cleaned out my fridge”.

On Instagram, she shared a video of herself getting rid of Christmas groceries.

“You know, we had 12 people in the house over the holiday,” she said.

“Thank God everyone was spared from COVID. And I have to say, we ate every day like food had just been invented.”

She then spoke about WW, which has helped her in the past to lose 40+ pounds and “stay on track” with her eating.

Winfrey has also regularly posted videos of her hiking activities, which she has undertaken following a double knee replacement in November 2021.

She has always maintained that her weight loss had nothing to do with weight loss pills or “gummies”.

Her name is often linked to weight loss gummies and diet pills in online scams, but the TV presenter has debunked false claims that she lost weight this way.

“I have nothing to do with weight loss gummies or diet pills and I don’t want you all to be taken advantage of by people who take my name in vain,” she said in 2022.

This week Oprah posted several tributes to one of her idols, singer Tina Turner, who has died at the age of 83 after a long illness.

“First I was a Tina Turner fan, then a bona fide groupie following her from show to show across the country, and eventually we became real friends,” Winfrey wrote Thursday, sharing a carousel of photos of the two together.

“She is our eternal goddess of rock ‘n’ roll who had tremendous inner strength that grew throughout her life.

“She was a role model not only for me but for the world.

“She encouraged a part of me that I didn’t know existed.

“She once told me that when it came time to leave this earth she would not be scared, but excited and curious.

“I’m a better woman, a better person, because her life touched my life.

“She was actually just the best.”
