One person shot, injured in Baltimore County – CBS Baltimore

BALTIMORE (WJZ) – Baltimore County police are investigating a shooting that left one person injured in the Woodlawn area, according to authorities.

Police said officers responded to reports of a shooting on the 1800 block of Belmont Avenue at 10 p.m. local time.

When they got there, they found a “male victim with a gunshot wound,” according to Baltimore County Sheriff’s Department.

The shot victim was taken to a local hospital, where he was listed in critical but stable condition.

The Baltimore County Sheriff’s Department’s Violence Unit is investigating the shooting, according to authorities.
