What’s next for Conor McGregor in the UFC?
After suffering a brutal leg injury during his fight against Dustin Poirier in 2021, Conor McGregor has not returned to the octagon. The former UFC champion is now set to take on Michael Chandler in the welterweight division. So far, the promotion hasn’t announced the date for this superfight.
Expect these two stars to clash by late 2023 or early 2024. This is an extremely crucial fight for McGregor as a loss would end any hopes of a character in the 170lb division. It would be fascinating to see how this fight turns out as both Conor and Chandler love to stand and punch.
