NSW Police are searching for a 12-year-old boy who has gone missing from the Marayong home

A desperate search is underway for a 12-year-old who disappeared from a Sydney home two days ago.

Lucas Thompson was last seen at a house in Marayong on Wednesday – but was officially reported missing to police on Thursday when he failed to return home.

“Police and family are concerned for his wellbeing due to his age,” NSW Police said.

Lucas is described as Caucasian, approximately 125 cm tall, of slim build, with light brown hair and brown eyes.

He is known for visiting the Marayong, Kings Park, The Ponds and surrounding areas.
