Nineteen-year-old woman accused of stabbing to death a woman clinging to her life in Beaudesert

A woman is fighting for her life after being stabbed in the stomach by a 19-year-old woman near Brisbane.

The 63-year-old woman underwent surgery Wednesday morning for serious internal injuries.

She was allegedly stabbed to death in Beaudesert just before 1am on Wednesday.

The teenager was charged with attempted murder.

Police say they know their alleged victim.

She is due to appear before Beenleigh Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
